Đun 80gr đường cát trắng cùng 35ml nước cho đến khi chuyển sang màu nâu nhạt.
Cho thêm 1 thìa cà phê nước chanh, và chuyển sang lửa nhỏ đến khi hỗn hợp chuyển sang màu nâu cánh gián.
Đổ hỗn hợp sang khuôn thủy tinh (hoặc khuôn tùy thích) nhớ tan đều hỗn hợp đường đều bề mặt khuôn.
Trong khi đợi đường nguội, cho trứng vào thau cùng 70gr đường, 1/4 thìa muối. Khuấy đều 1 chiều, cho đường tan hẳn, khuấy nhẹ nhàng để không nổi bọt.
Dùng 1 nồi sạch đun ấm 400ml sữa tươi không đường + 150ml whipping cream (khoảng 80°)
Cho từ từ hỗn hợp sữa vào trứng, khuấy nhẹ để tan hẳn. Cho hỗn hợp đã hoàn thành vào khuôn (lọc bọt qua rây để bánh không bị rổ)
Bật lò trước 10 phút với 160°c. Sau đó nướng bánh tiếp tục trong 40 phút+ 160°c
Cuối cùng chúng ta đã có thành phẩm Cream Caramel nhé (*¯︶¯*). Do em thích ăn cháy mặt nên nướng lâu hơn 1 chút, lớp mặt bị cháy ăn hơi đắng đắng thích lắm ạ 😍
