Khô cá cơm Hàn Quốc mua về rửa sạch, giũ ráo nước, trộn cùng hạnh nhân. Đun nóng 3 muỗng canh dầu ô liu, cho cá đã trộn hạnh nhân vào đảo đều 1-2 phút. Thêm nam việt quất, mè trắng, 3 muỗng canh siro bắp, 1/2 muỗng canh nước tương, 1/2 muỗng canh đường, chiên tiếp cá khô săn lại, chín thơm và ngấm đều gia vị thì tắt bếp.
